1.1 Construction Period:Creating a Virtual Reality Home Environment (VR Home) and virtual memorial scenes requires a professional team to perform on-site 3D scanning and modeling. The process typically takes 5–15 business days from booking to completion, depending on the home's size, complexity, and scheduling availability.

1.2 Effect Difference:Virtual scenes are modeled after real-world environments but may have subtle differences due to lighting, angles, or device precision. While we strive for high-fidelity accuracy, we cannot guarantee 100% exact match.

1.3 Device Requirements:A complete VR immersive experience requires compatible VR hardware (e.g., Oculus Quest, HTC Vive, PICO). Without a VR headset, you can still browse the 360° panoramic view on your phone or computer, though the experience will differ.

1.4 Content Update:After virtual scene modeling is complete, major changes to the home environment (e.g., renovations or relocation) require a new on-site appointment to update the virtual scene. The Basic Plan does not include free updates.

2.1 Data Encryption:This platform uses bank-grade AES-256 encryption to protect all your data, with HTTPS/TLS encryption for data transmission. However, we cannot completely eliminate the risk of data breaches due to force majeure events such as cyberattacks or system failures.

2.2 Backup Responsibility:The platform offers both local and cloud backup. However, we recommend keeping a local copy of critical files (e.g., original documents, precious photos). In the event of data loss due to force majeure, liability is governed by our Service Agreement.

2.3 Privacy Protection:We promise not to sell or share your household data with any third party. However, you assume the risk for any content you choose to share with other family members.

3.1 device compatibility:The platform supports connecting cameras from major brands (e.g., Xiaomi, Hikvision), but full compatibility with all models cannot be guaranteed. Please verify that your device is on the compatibility list before purchasing.

3.2 Alert Accuracy:Smart alert features (e.g., motion detection, smoke/fire detection) rely on AI algorithms and may generate false positives or miss detections. This feature is for reference only and should not replace a professional security system.

3.3 Network dependency:Real-time monitoring and alerting require a stable internet connection. The platform is not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by network issues.

4.1 System Maintenance:The platform performs regular maintenance and upgrades, which may temporarily affect service availability. We will provide advance notice when possible; however, emergency maintenance may occur without prior notification.

4.2 Feature Update:We reserve the right to modify, optimize, or discontinue features as business needs dictate. Major changes will be announced 30 days in advance.

4.3 Force Majeure:The platform is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, government actions, war, cyberattacks, or technical adjustments by telecommunications providers.

5.1 Authorized Use:By using this platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China. You must not upload any illegal, pornographic, violent, or defamatory content.

5.2 Account Security:You are responsible for safeguarding your account information. You bear full responsibility for any losses resulting from issues on your end, such as password leaks or account sharing.

5.3 Violation Handling:If you violate the User Agreement, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your service without refund.

6.1 Service is provided "as is":This platform's services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the services will meet all your needs or that they will be uninterrupted.

6.2 Liability Limitation:To the fullest extent permitted by law, the platform is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.

6.3 Terms Update:We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the website; continued use of the service constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

6.4 Dispute Resolution:Any disputes arising from this service shall be resolved through friendly negotiation between the parties. If negotiations fail, either party may file a lawsuit in the people's court where the platform is located.
